同井注采井下油水分离器的研制及分离效果 被引量:4

Development and separation effect of downhole oil/water separator in single-well injection and production

摘要 同井注采技术是指在井下进行油水分离,分离出的水回注到注入层,剩余含油较多的油水混合物举升至地面。利用多杯等流原理、聚并原理、浅槽原理和相渗原理研制高效井下油水分离器是实现同井注采技术的关键。通过试验确定最佳井下油水分离器的结构(包括沉降杯杯底瓦棱状倾角、棱数、杯高、杯间进液间隙)、杯底形状以及杯内填料。结果表明,当沉降杯底部瓦棱状倾角为30°、棱数为12个、进液间隙为0.5 mm、杯高为15 mm,并且在钻石杯底、杯内装填亲油介质4的条件下分离器分离效果最佳。 The single-well injection and production technology is that the oil and water of the produced liquid are separated in the downhole,the separated water is injected into the formation of the same wellbore and the remaining oil concentrated fluid is lifted to the surface.Downhole oil/water separator is the key of this technology.High efficiency downhole oil-water separator is developed by multicup isoflow,coalescence,shallow pool and phase permeation gravity drive.The optimum structure of downhole oil-water separator(dip angle of settling cup bottom,cup edges,cup height,liquid inlet clearance height between adjacent cups),cup bottom shape and filter material in cup are optimized by laboratory test.The experimental results show that optimized separator has the best separating effect with dip angle 30°,12 cup edges,cup height 15 mm,liquid inlet clearance height 0.5 mm,and 4 th oil wet filter material in cup.
