门急诊电子病历患者自助打印行为特征研究及思考

Study and Considerations on the Patients’ Self-service Printing Behavior Characteristics of Electronic Medical Records of Outpatient and Emergency Department

基于北京协和医院门急诊电子病历患者自助打印数据,对不同人群病历自助打印率进行统计分析,结果表明患者电子病历自助打印受年龄、门急诊就诊类型、患者现居住地、医保费用类别等因素影响,探讨门急诊就诊服务流程优化思路。

Based on the patients’ self-service printing data of Electronic Medical Records(EMR) of outpatient and emergency department of Peking Union Medical College Hospital,the self-service printing rate of EMR of different groups is statistically analyzed.The results show that the patients’ self-service printing of EMR is affected by age,outpatient and emergency treatment types,patients’ current residence,medical insurance costs and other factors.The optimization path of outpatient and emergency service process is discussed.
