非物质文化遗产保护路径探析--以河北齐家务镇麒麟舞为例

On the Protection Path of Intangible Cultural Heritage--A Case Study of Kirin Dance in Qijiawu Town, Cangzhou, Hebei Province

乡村振兴战略作为推进农业农村现代化建设的强大支撑,在提高农民物质生活水平的同时,精神文化建设同样需要得到切实保障,应深入挖掘非物质文化遗产内在价值来推进乡村文化振兴。本文以河北省黄骅市齐家务镇麒麟舞为例,通过文献研究、实地调研等方法探析当地麒麟舞非遗保护现状,从人口、文化、资金、产业四个角度进行分析,指出齐家务镇麒麟舞非遗保护存在传承人主体性缺失、多元文化冲击、资金来源有限以及产业基础薄弱等问题。因此,应立足于现实,通过奠定传承基础、增强文化认同,拓宽资金渠道及产业融合发展来有效保护非遗文化,实现非遗文化保护与乡村振兴战略双向融合。

Rural revitalization strategy is the powerful support of promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas construction.While raising farmers'materialistic living standard,spiritual and cultural construction also need to be guaranteed.As a country with the largest number of intangible cultural heritage projects,China should dig deeper into the intrinsic value of the intangible cultural heritage to promote rural cultural revitalization.Taking Kirin Dance in Qijiawu Town,Huanghua City,Hebei Province as an example,this paper analyzed the present situation of the protection of local Kirin Dance through literature research,field investigation and other methods,and analyzed it from the perspectives of population,culture,capital and industry.It was pointed out that there were some problems in the protection of Kirin Dance Intangible Cultural Heritage,such as the lack of inheritors'subjectivity,multicultural impact,limited funding sources and weak industrial foundation.Therefore,based on the reality,the intangible cultural heritage should be effectively protected by laying the foundation for inheritance,enhancing cultural identity,broadening financial channels and integrating industrial development,so as to realize the two-way integration of intangible cultural heritage protection and rural revitalization strategy implementation.
