保水剂对金鱼草和矮牵牛幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究保水剂对盆栽金鱼草和矮牵牛花卉幼苗生长的影响,本文通过在基质中添加5个不同浓度梯度(0.2g/L,0.5g/L,1g/L,1.5g/L,2g/L)的节水材料保水剂,对金鱼草、矮牵牛幼苗生长进行试验,分析施用保水剂对株高、叶片数、叶片含水量、叶绿素和脯氨酸含量等的影响。结论:添加一定量的保水剂(0.2g/L~0.5 g/L),可有效改善基质保水蓄肥能力,促进矮牵牛、金鱼草幼苗生长,提高幼苗生理活性,一定程度上能增强幼苗的抗逆性;保水剂浓度过高抑制矮牵牛、金鱼草幼苗生长;结果显示浓度为0.5g/L的保水剂作用效果最好。 In order to study the effect of SAP on the growth of potted flower seedlings, five water-saving material SAP with different concentration gradients(0.2g/l, 0.5g/l, 1g/l, 1.5g/l, 2g/l) were added to the substrate to test the growth of Snapdragon and Petunia hybrida seedlings. The effects of SAP on plant height, leaf number, leaf water content,chlorophyll and proline content were observed. Through the discussion and analysis of the test result data, the main conclusions were as follows:(1) adding a certain amount of SAP(0.2 g/l-0.5 g/l) can effectively improve the water and fertilizer retention capacity of the substrate, promote the growth of Snapdragon and Petunia hybrida seedlings, improve the physiological activity of the seedlings, and enhance the stress resistance of the seedlings to a certain extent;(2) The growth of Snapdragon and Petunia hybrida seedlings was easily inhibited by high concentration of SAP. The test results showed that the SAP with a concentration of 0.5g/l had the best effect.
