学校班级幸福管理的要义与策略

摘要 幸福管理是跨学科研究与应用的产物。近年来,幸福管理逐渐被引入教育领域,应用于学校班级管理工作之中。当前,学校班级管理存在管理理念相对落后、学生参与班级管理程度不高、学校班级规章制度制订不尽合理等问题。实施学校班级幸福管理,可以使班级中的每个学生都参与管理,从而增强学生的自我管理意识,促进学生健康成长,并解决班级管理中存在的各类突出问题。实施学校班级幸福管理的具体策略包括:以幸福管理为理念,将班级还给学生;强化育人责任,引导学生自主管理;完善管理制度,实现班级幸福管理。 Happiness management is the product of interdisciplinary research and application.In recent years,happiness management has been gradually introduced into the field of education and applied to school class management.At present,there are some problems in school class management,such as relatively backward management concept,low degree of students’participation in class management,and unreasonable rules and regulations of school class.The implementation of happiness management in school classes can make every student in the class participate in the management so as to enhance students’self-management consciousness,promote students’healthy growth and solve all kinds of outstanding problems existing in the past class management.The specific strategies to implement the happiness management of school classes can include taking happiness management as the concept,returning the class to the students,giving play to students’subjective initiative and guiding students to manage autonomously and perfecting the management mechanism to realize the happiness management of class.
