介绍医疗APP发展概况及消费者满意度研究现状,基于丁香医生APP在线评论文本分析用户满意度影响因素并提出建议,包括强化核心形象塑造、提高品牌辨识度、加强回复时效性等。
The paper introduces the development situation of medical APP and the research status of consumer satisfaction,analyzes the influencing factors of user satisfaction based on the online review text of Dingxiang Doctor APP,and puts forward suggestions,including improving core image building and brand recognition,strengthening response timeliness,etc.
