儿童获得性二期梅毒一例

Secondary syphiIis in childhood:a case report

患儿,男,4岁。掌跖出现红斑12天。皮肤科情况:掌指,足跖见红铜色斑,肛周可见红色湿性斑丘疹。TPPA(+),TRUST 1∶16(+)。诊断为获得性二期梅毒。予肌肉注射苄星青霉素治疗,皮疹完全消退。治疗后3个月复查TRUST 1∶4。目前随访中。

A 4-year-old boy presented with erythema on palms and soles for 12 days.Dermatological examination showed that copper-colored spots on palms,fingers,and soles,moist reddish flat papules on perianal.Treponema Pallidum Particle Assay(TPPA) was positive and the Toluidine Red Unheated Serum Test(TRUST) titre was 1∶16.The case was diagnosed as acquired secondary syphilis.The lesions disappeared after intramuscular injection of benzathine penicillin.The TRUST titre was 1∶4 after treatment for 3 months The patient is under follow-up.
