摘要
银屑病是一种慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,约一半以上的患者出现指(趾)甲受累。甲银屑病使患者的生活质量受到严重影响。近年来,随着生物制剂在银屑病治疗中的广泛应用,患者的指(趾)甲症状也得到了显著缓解。本文总结了生物制剂在甲银屑病治疗中的研究进展,以期为研发针对性更强、疗效及安全性更高的生物制剂提供参考。
Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory skin disease,about half of the patients with finger(toe) nail involvement.The life quality of patients with nail psoriasis is seriously affected.In recent years,with the widespread use of biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis,it has been found that patients with finger(toe) nail symptoms have been significantly relieved.This paper reviews the update of biological agents in the treatment of psoriasis,to provide reference for the development of more targeted,effective and safe biological agents.
