广州市隔离人员心理及身体活动对睡眠质量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Psychology and Physical Activity on Sleep Quality:among Quarantined Population in Guangzhou

摘要 目的通过探讨广州市隔离人员在隔离期间心理及身体活动对睡眠质量的影响,为改善隔离人员的睡眠质量提供理论依据。方法通过12320卫生热线调查正在隔离的居民人口学特征、焦虑和抑郁情况、身体活动和睡眠情况等。采用无序多分类logistic回归分析心理及身体活动对睡眠质量的影响,应用四项分解法探讨身体活动在心理和睡眠质量中的交互和中介作用。结果721例调查对象中,24.41%睡眠质量差。以睡眠质量较好为对照,焦虑、抑郁、无中高强度身体活动、娱乐性静坐时间≥8.00h/d更容易出现睡眠质量差,调整OR(95%CI)分别为16.57(8.22~33.38)、25.23(11.51~55.31)、2.29(1.43~3.66)、4.14(2.25~7.62)。在焦虑和抑郁对睡眠质量的影响中,娱乐性静坐时间≥8.0h/d的单纯中介效应超额相对危险度(95%CI)均为0.17(0.03~0.31)。结论应及时为隔离人员提供有针对性的身体活动建议,特别是倡议其减少娱乐性静坐时间,缓解其由于焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪导致的不良睡眠质量。 Objective To access the effects of psychology and physical activity on sleep quality among quarantined population,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving sleep quality.Methods The online questionnaire was used to collect the information of demographic characteristics,anxiety score,depression score,physical activity and sleep quality,etc.The disorderly multi-class logistic regression was used to analyze the effects of psychology and physical activity on sleep quality,and the four-way decomposition method was used to explore the interaction and mediation effects of physical activity in the association between psychology and sleep quality.Results The prevalence of poor sleep quality was 24.41%.Compared to those with good sleep quality,those with anxiety,depression,lack of moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity(MVPA),and recreational sedentary time≥8.00 h/d were more likely to have poor sleep,adjusted OR(95%CI)were 16.57(8.22~33.38)、25.23(11.51~55.31)、2.29(1.43~3.66)、4.14(2.25~7.62),respectively.With recreational sedentary time as a mediator,there were significant pure indirect effects in the association between anxiety and poor sleep(excess relative risk(95%CI):0.17(0.03~0.31)),as well as the association between depression and poor sleep(excess relative risk(95%CI):0.17(0.03~0.31)).Conclusion Targeted physical activity suggestions,especially suggestions to reduce their recreational sedentary time,should be provided for quarantined population,and it is necessary to improve their poor mental health(i.e.,depression and anxiety),therefore improving their sleep quality.
