新时代教育评价改革视野下的幼儿园教师专业能力评估工具研究

The Evaluation of Preschool Teacher Professional Ability under the Educational Evaluation Reform

新时代教育评价改革为幼儿园教师专业能力评估指明了新方向。基于改革中强化过程评价、探索增值评价等要求,研究编制了幼儿园教师专业能力评估工具。通过对475名幼儿园教师的专业能力评估,完成了对该评估工具(经典测量理论和项目反应理论方法)的检验和修正。最终形成了一项结构较为合理、内容较为客观、测查较为科学的幼儿园教师专业能力评估工具。最后,研究针对幼儿园教师专业能力评估要以深度学习为核心理念、增值评价为导向、实践应用为价值的展望进行了探讨。

The reform of educational evaluation in the new era provides a clear direction for preschool teachers’professional ability evaluation.Following the trend of strengthening process evaluation and exploring value-added evaluation,a professional ability evaluation tool for preschool teachers is compiled.Through the test of 475 preschool teachers and the data analysis of classical test theory and item response theory,the tool was refined.Finally,the structure,content,and measurement approach of the tool are optimized.Finally,we discussed the prospect that preschool teachers'professional ability evaluation should take in-depth learning as the core concept and guided by value-added evaluation,and valued by practical application based on the tools.
