运用未来学方法探索中国未来学校的实践研究——以“未来学校研究”项目组的工作坊学习实践为例

A Practical Study of Future Schools in China Using Futurological Methods:The Workshop Learning Practice of the Future Schools Research Project Team as an Example

对中国学者而言,如何科学地开展未来教育研究是一个亟需清晰的研究命题。2021年12月-2022年1月华东师范大学“未来学校研究”项目组邀请了联合国教科文组织未来学教席苏哈尔·伊纳亚图拉,以如何用未来学研究方法开展未来学校研究为主题,以工作坊为方式,边学边探索,不仅掌握了未来学的基本研究方法,同时,也在方法运用过程中,形成了对中国未来学校几个基本问题的结论。本文以此次工作坊为研究对象,呈现项目组成员如何运用未来三角、未来轮、场景法、因果层次分析法(CLA)等未来学方法探索中国学校问题:“过去的未来”“新兴影响因素”“替代性未来”和“优选的未来”。同时,项目组通过运用未来学研究方法对这四个问题给出了自己的答案。

Scientific research on the future of education is an urgent issue for Chinese educational researchers.From December 2021 to January 2022,the project team of East China Normal University invited Sohail Inayatulla,UNESCO Chair of Futurology,to conduct a workshop on how to conduct future schools research using futurological research methods.In the process of applying the methodology,he also developed conclusions on several basic questions about the future of schools in China.This paper presents how the project team members used futurological methods such as future triangle,future wheel,scenarios,and Causal Layered Analysis(CLA)to explore the issues of Chinese schools:“used futures,”“emerging issues,”“alternative futures,”and“preferred futures”.At the same time,the project team provided its own answers to these four questions by applying futurological research methods.
