由隔离迈向关联——学校评价的方法论转向与实施构想 被引量:4

摘要 当前我国中小学办学的政策与实践彰显出协同育人、一体化育人和联合育人的时代精神。但学校评价实践却存在学社隔绝、学段隔断、校际隔阂等现象,是学校评价隔离方法论使然。但体现时代教育改革方法论宗旨的关联式思维已经崭露头角,若要使其自觉、深刻、全面地落实,还需要在学校评价指标体系中彰显:内外联通,深化家校社关联程度;纵向衔接,明确全学段育人宗旨;横向绑定,确立共同优质意识。 By analyzing the policy and practice of China s primary and secondary school evaluation reform,it is found that the segregated school evaluation violates the spirit of The Times,the idea of integration education and the purpose of school joint education,and is out of date.The relational thinking,which reflects the purpose of the educational reform methodology of The Times,has already emerged.If it is to be implemented consciously,profoundly and comprehensively,it needs to be manifested in the school evaluation index system:internal and external connectivity,deepening the degree of association between family and school communities;vertical connection,clear education purpose of the whole period;horizontal binding,establish common quality consciousness.
