健康中国视角下安徽乡村医疗卫生服务体系高质量发展研究

Research on high-quality development of rural medical and health service system in Anhui from the perspective of healthy China

为深入了解新时代安徽乡村医疗卫生服务发展现状,分析乡村医疗卫生体系在推进健康中国战略中面临的问题和挑战,对安徽省内12个市的152位乡村医生、968位乡村居民进行问卷调查和访谈,从乡村医生和村民的双重视角分析和评估安徽乡村医疗卫生发展的整体状况。发现近年来安徽乡村医疗卫生服务在总体上取得了显著进步,但在乡村医生队伍的综合素养,基层医疗资源供给,村民的医疗服务获得感等方面还存在诸多短板,亟需政府为乡村引育更多医疗人才,加快提升基层医疗设施水平,充分发挥乡村医疗服务体系的综合潜能,以助推健康中国战略的实施。

In order to gain an in-depth understanding of the development status of rural medical and health services in Anhui in the new era,and to analyze the problems and challenges faced by the rural medical and health system in promoting the Healthy China strategy,152 rural doctors and 968 rural residents from12 cities in Anhui Questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted to analyze and evaluate the overall situation of rural medical and health development in Anhui from the dual perspectives of rural doctors and villagers.It is found that in recent years,rural medical and health services in Anhui have made significant progress in general,but there are still many shortcomings in the comprehensive quality of rural doctors,the supply of grass-roots medical resources,and villagers’ sense of access to medical services.To cultivate more medical talents,speed up the improvement of the level of primary medical facilities,give full play to the comprehensive potential of the rural medical service system,and promote the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.
