运行轨道自动化监测设计与分析

摘要 轨道交通正式运营期间需进行长期持续的监测工作,受限于作业时间、列车运行、环境复杂等因素,传统人工监测方式难以完成任务。以苏州轨道交通为例,利用徕卡TS50测量机器人进行自动化监测,采用水平位移、竖向位移、净空收敛等指标对轨道进行安全性评价;通过沉降点监测信息,分析预测轨道后续沉降变化、判断既有线路运营安全指标,为轨道后续安全运行提供技术支持。 During the formal operation of rail transit, long-term and continuous monitoring work is needed. Due to the operation time, train operation, complex environment and other factors, the traditional manual monitoring method is difficult to complete the task. In this paper, taking Suzhou rail transit for example, we used Leica TS50 measurement robot to monitor automatically, and used the horizontal displacement, vertical displacement, clearance convergence and other indicators to evaluate the safety of track. Based on the monitoring information of settlement points,we analyzed and predicted the subsequent settlement changes of track, and judged the operation safety indexes of existing lines, so as to provide technical support for the subsequent safe operation of track.
