摘要
为了解决传统信访信息化管理中缺乏空间可视化的问题,采用地理信息空间化、空间数据分析与可视化方法,研发了信访地理信息系统,实现了各项信访业务从表格化管理向空间化管理的转变以及信访信息多维度分析与可视化,发现了信访事件的空间关联规律和信访事件的空间分布特点,为信访单位和相关决策部门提供了科学、准确、预见性强的决策建议,提高了信访工作管理服务水平。
In order to solve the lack of spatial visualization in the traditional information management of complaints and proposals, we used the geographical information spatialization, the spatial data analysis and visualization method to develop a complaints and proposals geographical information system. The system can convert tabular management of complaints and proposals business to spatial management, and multi-dimentionally analyze the complaints and proposals information. This system can also help to find the spatial association rule and spatial distribution characteristics of complaints and proposals events, provide scientific, accurate and prescient decision-making suggestions for the complaints and proposals departments and relevant decision-making departments, and improve the service level of complaints and proposals.
