摘要
合理的利益分配机制是供应链协同技术创新的基础,是推动创新可持续的重要保证。通过对协同技术创新下供应链各成员企业之间利益分配的现状分析,发现现有利益分配方案只对所产生的有形利益进行分配,而忽略对无形资产利益的分配,除此外,目前供应链上企业对协同技术创新所产生的无形资产的认识也存在差异。因此,研究首先对品牌、专利等无形资产进行量化,运用多目标规划的方法构建利益分配模型,再利用Matlab求解找出利益分配的最优解。结果表明:基于供应链协同技术创新,从投入和产出的角度对利益分配进行分析,在构建利益分配模型时综合考虑了有形利益和无形利益,使协同技术创新产生的利益在供应链企业间分配更加合理,更好的推动供应链协同技术创新。
A reasonable benefit distribution mechanism is the foundation of collaborative technological innovation in the supply chain and an important guarantee for promoting sustainable innovation.Through the analysis of the current situation of benefit distribution among supply chain members under the collaborative technology innovation,it is found that the existing benefit distribution scheme only distributes the tangible benefits generated,but ignores the distribution of intangible assets benefits,in addition,there are also differences in the current awareness of intangible assets generated by collaborative technology innovation among enterprises in the supply chain.Therefore,this study firstly quantifies the intangible assets such as brands and patents,uses the method of multi-objective programming to construct a benefit distribution model,and then uses Matlab to solve the problem to find out the optimal solution for benefit distribution.The results indicate that:based on the collaborative technology innovation of supply chain,the benefit distribution is analyzed from the perspective of input and output,and the tangible benefits and intangible benefits are comprehensively considered when constructing the benefit distribution model,which can make the benefits generated by collaborative technological innovation in the supply chain enterprises.The allocation of time is more reasonable,and the collaborative technology innovation of the supply chain is better promoted.
