摘要
技术创新是战略性新兴产业军民融合式发展内在动力,探究技术因素对于军民合作创新意愿具有重大实践意义。本文基于技术创新、技术生态位理论以及演化博弈理论,应用Matlab仿真研究方法,从技术生态位视角出发,将技术因素合理拆分企业技术能力与技术势差两种维度并与军民融合创新演化博弈模型结合,基于此构建军民融合技术创新过程中军民创新意愿影响模型,并通过战略性新兴产业核电产业的具体案例进行了影响分析。研究表明:当技术势差不变时,技术能力越高,军工企业和民用企业合作创新意愿先降低后升高;当技术能力一致时,技术势差越小,军工企业和民用企业合作创新意愿越强;当技术势差于技术能力共同变化时,军工企业和民用企业合作创新意愿呈现不同的变化特点。
Technological innovation is the internal driving force for the military-civilian integrated development of strategic emerging industries,and exploring technological factors has great practical significance for the willingness of military-civilian cooperation to innovate.Based on technological innovation,technological niche theory and evolutionary game theory,this paper applies MATLAB simulation research method,and from the perspective of technological niche,reasonably divides technological factors into two dimensions:enterprise technological capability and technological potential difference,and combines them with integration of defense and civilian technologies’s innovation evolutionary game model.Based on this,it constructs the influence model of military and civilian innovation willingness in the process of technological innovation in integration of defense and civilian technologies,and makes an impact analysis through a specific case of nuclear power industry,a strategic emerging industry.The research shows that when the technological potential difference is constant,the higher the technological capability is,the cooperative innovation willingness of military enterprises and civil enterprises first decreases and then increases;When the technical capabilities are consistent,the smaller the technical potential difference is,the stronger the willingness of military enterprises and civil enterprises to cooperate and innovate;When the technological potential is worse than the technological capability changes together,the cooperative innovation willingness of military enterprises and civil enterprises presents different characteristics.
