摘要
针对已有研究及人才培养实践中数据能力与业务背景分离、“大数据+业务”复合型能力异化为数据分析能力等问题,综合运用文献分析、问卷调查及因子分析技术,结合军事领域训练管理业务特征,设计了“大数据+业务”复合型能力调查问卷。通过随机抽样得到有效问卷323份,在信度、效度分析基础上,提取“大数据+业务”复合型能力的公共因子,建立复合型能力维度及内部结构,发现数据思维能力、业务工作能力、主观能动性及创新能力、数据资源协调能力、数据分析能力5个因子构成了军事领域“大数据+业务”复合型能力的核心维度,其维度较已有研究中聚焦数据分析技术的大数据能力模型更为全面。研究结果以数据驱动方式从数据及业务视角出发构建的“大数据+业务”复合型能力模型,为军事领域个性化数据人才培养方案及模式设计提供了依据和参考,拓展并深化了数据能力、职业能力等相关领域的研究成果。
In view of the separation of data ability from business context and the alienation of“big data+business”compound ability into data analysis ability in existing research and talent training practice,this article applied literature analysis,questionnaire survey and factor analysis technique,considering the characteristics of training management business in the military field,to design“Big data+Business”composite capability questionnaire.Through random sampling,323 valid questionnaires were obtained.On the basis of reliability and validity analysis,the common factors of“Big data+Business”composite capability were extracted,thus the dimensions and internal structure of composite capability were obtained.The results show that five factors,including the awareness of data,conducting data-related work in a specific business context,the motivation and creative,coordination of data resources and data analysis,can be regard as the core factors of“Big data+Business”composite capability in the military field,which is more comprehensive than the big data capability model focusing on data analysis technology in current research.The“Big data+Business”composite capability model is extracted from the perspective of data and business in a data-driven way.The result should support domain training in military field.
