摘要
针对海洋深水钻井过程中遇到井底岩层不稳定、井筒温度低、泥浆使用量过大等问题,开发了一种具有较好页岩稳定抑制性、能够有效抑制气体水合物分解的有机盐钻井液体系。室内评价试验结果表明,该有机盐钻井液体系具有较好的抗温性、抗无机盐污染、抗劣质土污染能力,还具有较好的抑制性能和储层保护能力。此外,该有机盐钻井液体系在低温条件下具有较好的流变性,能增强钻井过程中井筒的安全性,为海洋深水勘探作业提供理论依据和技术支持。
In view of the problems encountered in the process of offshore deepwater drilling,such as unstable rock formation at the bottom of the well,low wellbore temperature and excessive mud usage,an organic salt drilling fluid system with good shale stability inhibition and effective gas hydrate decomposition inhibition is developed.A series of indoor evaluation and test results show that the organic salt drilling fluid system has good temperature resistance,inorganic salt pollution resistance and poor soil pollution resistance.It also has good inhibition performance and reservoirs protection ability.In addition,the organic salt drilling fluid system has good rheology under low temperature conditions,which can enhance the safety of the wellbore during drilling,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for offshore deepwater exploration.
