新《体育法》背景下我国反兴奋剂工作成效及对备战巴黎奥运会的启示

Achievements of Anti-Doping Project in China and the Enlightenment to the Preparation for the Paris Olympic Games Based on The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Sports(2022 Revision)

新修订的《体育法》增设反兴奋剂章充分彰显了我国对于反兴奋剂工作的高度重视和坚决做到兴奋剂问题“零出现”“零容忍”的决心。通过对新修订的《体育法》反兴奋剂相关条款的渊源进行解读,结合2020年东京奥运会和2022年北京冬奥会周期我国反兴奋剂工作的成效加以佐证,重点从继续优化治理工作模式、强化风险防控体系、拓宽国际科研合作等实践层面提出对我国备战2024年巴黎奥运会周期反兴奋剂工作的启示。

The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Sports(2022 Revision) added the chapter of Anti-doping, which adequately displayed great importance to the Anti-doping project and resolute determination to achieve “zero appearance, zero tolerance” goal of anti-doping violation in China. Though interpreting the origin of the anti-doping provisions of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Sports(2022 Revision), and combining the achievements of antidoping project during the preparation for Tokyo Olympic Games and Beijing Winter Olympic Games in China, this research provided the enlightenment for the anti-doping project in the preparation for the Paris Olympic Games from a practical perspective, which focused on continuing to optimize the governance mode, to strengthen the risk prevention and control system,and to broaden the international scientific research cooperation.
