滚刀几何误差对齿轮精度映射关系分析

摘要 基于滚齿加工原理和齿面拓扑结构,在Vericut中建立滚齿加工仿真模型。根据滚刀装配结构,对滚刀安装角度误差、相位角误差、滚刀主轴倾斜、径向偏移误差、切向窜动误差进行定值分析,研究其误差与被加工齿轮齿面映射关系。进一步分析角度误差与位移误差对齿廓法向误差的敏感性,结果表明滚刀主轴倾斜误差对齿廓影响最大,切向窜动误差次之。最后进行滚齿加工试验,对试验加工后的齿轮进行精度检测,得出在实际加工中齿轮齿廓倾斜严重,基于分析结果进行误差溯源,从而对调整机床中滚刀安装精度及实际加工做出有效的理论指导。 Based on the principle of gear hobbing and tooth surface topology,a simulation model of gear hobbing was established in Vericut.According to the hob assembly structure,the fixed value analysis of hob installation angle error,phase angle error,hob spindle inclination,radial offset error and tangential movement error is carried out,and the mapping relationship between the errors and the tooth surface of the processed gear is studied.The sensitivity of angle error and displacement error to tooth profile normal error is further analyzed,and the results show that the hob spindle inclination error has the greatest influence on tooth profile,followed by tangential play error.Finally,the gear hobbing test is carried out,and the precision of the test-processed gear is tested.It is concluded that the gear tooth profile is seriously inclined in the actual processing.Based on the analysis results,the error source is traced,so as to adjust the installation accuracy of the hob in the machine tool and the actual processing.provide effective theoretical guidance.
