差序氛围视角下知识型矿工安全行为研究——基于PT-MA理论的演化博弈分析

Research on the Safety Behavior of Knowledge Miners from the Perspective of Chaxu Climate——An Evolutionary Game Analysis Based on PT-MA Theory

组织差序氛围深刻影响知识型矿工的安全行为,对其的研究极具意义。将前景理论(PT)和心理账户(MA)理论相结合引入管理者与知识型矿工的演化博弈中,构建前景效价-成本价值感知矩阵,分析博弈双方策略选择稳定性,并构建Matlab算法仿真分析关键要素对煤矿安全系统演化的影响。结果表明:(1)在一定条件下,差序管理和不安全行为反而会成为管理者和知识型矿工偏好的决策行为;(2)效价感知偏差、成本感知偏差、风险态度是影响和调节煤矿安全生产系统稳定的关键因素;(3)人情感知、自我价值感知、成本参照点、举报概率、成本损失规避敏感度等要素值的调整有助于实现煤矿安全生产系统的最优状态。

The organizational Chaxu climate has a profound impact on the safety behavior of knowledge miners,and the research on this issue is very meaningful.This article combines prospect theory(PT)and mental accounting(MA)theory into the evolutionary game between managers and knowledge miners,constructs a prospect valence-cost value perception matrix,analyzes the stability of the strategy selection of both sides of the game,and constructs a Matlab algorithm to simulate the impact of key elements on the evolution of coal mine safety system.The research results are as follows:①Under certain conditions,Chaxu management and unsafe behaviors will become the preferred decision-making behaviors of managers and knowledge miners;②Valence perception deviation,cost perception deviation,and risk attitude are the key factors that affect and regulate the stability of the coal mine production safety system;③The adjustment of element values such as human emotion perception,self-worth perception,cost reference point,reporting probability,and cost loss avoidance sensitivity will help to achieve the optimal state of the coal mine production safety system.
