基于点云数据重构的扩径管道直径、圆度检测系统 被引量:4

摘要 不同规格尺寸管道在扩径过程中,无法对其直径及圆度进行快速、精准检测,为此,提出了一种基于点云数据重构的扩径管道直径及圆度精准检测方法。首先,搭建了一种基于点云数据重构的扩径管道直径及圆度精准检测系统,并对系统的不确定度进行了分析;然后,分析了激光线扫描传感器的成像及标定原理,并通过标定块对系统进行了标定;最后,进行了不同规格尺寸管道直径及圆度在线检测实验,对采集到的点云图像进行了去噪、拼接处理,并对拼接重构后的精度进行了分析研究。研究结果表明:针对400 mm、1000 mm和1600 mm 3种规格尺寸的管道,该系统均能实现直径及圆度的精准测量,直径及圆度最大误差分别不超过0.266 mm和0.427 mm,最大重复性误差分别为0.130 mm和0.170 mm;该结果表明,采用该方法可满足扩径管道的加工需求,为不同规格尺寸管道扩径过程中直径及圆度的精准、快速检测,提供了一种有效的技术手段。 Aiming at the problem that the diameter and roundness of pipes with different specifications and sizes could not be detected quickly and accurately in the process of expanding,an accurate detection method of diameter and roundness of expanding pipes based on point cloud data reconstruction was proposed.Firstly,an accurate detection system for diameter and roundness of expanding pipe based on point cloud data reconstruction was built,and the uncertainty of the system was analyzed.Then,the imaging and calibration principle of laser line scanning sensor were analyzed,and the system was calibrated by calibration block.Finally,the online detection experiment of pipe diameter and roundness of different specifications and sizes was carried out,denoising and stitching processing were carried out on the collected point cloud images,and the accuracy after stitching and reconstruction was analyzed and studied.The results show that for pipes of 400 mm,1000 mm and 1600 mm,the system can achieve accurate measurement of diameter and roundness.The maximum error of diameter and roundness is less than 0.266 mm and 0.427 mm,and the maximum repeatability error is 0.130 mm and 0.170 mm,which can meet the processing requirements of expanding pipes.It provides an effective technical means for the accurate and rapid measurement of diameter and roundness in the process of expanding pipes of different sizes.
