胰岛素泵治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效及对妊娠结局的影响

Clinical efficacy of insulin pump in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and its effect on pregnancy outcome

目的探讨胰岛素泵治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床疗效及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取80例妊娠期糖尿病患者,并以随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组予以胰岛素泵经皮多次间断注射,研究组予以胰岛素泵经皮持续注射。两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组各项指标。结果治疗后研究组和对照组的空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、妊娠结局及并发症发生率相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组血浆内脂素水平及胰岛素抵抗指数均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者应用胰岛素泵经皮持续注射治疗能够有效控制血糖水平,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of insulin pump in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group was given multiple intermittent percutaneous insulin pump injections,while the study group was given continuous insulin pump percutaneous injection.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The two groups of indicators were compared.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,two-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin expression,pregnancy outcome and incidence of complications between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the plasma visfatin and insulin resistance indexes of both groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous continuous injection of insulin pump in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively control blood sugar levels and improve pregnancy outcomes.
