坤泰胶囊与替勃龙联合治疗围绝经期综合征对性激素水平的影响分析

Effect of Kuntai Capsules and Tibolone on sex hormone levels in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome

目的分析坤泰胶囊与替勃龙联合治疗围绝经期综合征对患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取60例围绝经期综合征患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(替勃龙)及治疗组(替勃龙+坤泰胶囊),对比两组患者治疗前后激素以及胰岛素抗体水平。结果与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者血清黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素以及胰岛素抵抗指数均明显降低,且治疗组低于对照组;血清雌二醇水平均明显升高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征患者以坤泰胶囊与替勃龙联合治疗能有效调节性激素水平,降低胰岛素抵抗水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with Tibolone in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome on sex hormone levels.Methods A total of 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected and divided into a control group(Tibolone)and a treatment group(Tibolone+Kuntai Capsules)by random number table method.The levels of hormones and insulin antibodies in the two groups before and after treatment were statistically compared.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in the two groups significantly decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group;Serum estradiol levels significantly increased,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of Kuntai Capsules and Tibolone in patients with perimenopausal syndrome can effectively improve hormone levels and reduce insulin resistance levels.
