Objective To analyze the clinical effect of labetalol, nifedipine controlled-release tablets and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of preeclampsia gravida with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods A total of 60 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension and preeclampsia were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases, labetalol+magnesium sulfate)and the study group(30 cases, the control group+nifedipine controlled-release tablets)by random number table method. Both group treated for 7 d.The clinical effects after treatment, blood pressure and 24 h urine protein levels before and after treatment, maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the overall clinical effective rate of puerperium in the study group was higher than that in the control group.Compared with before treatment, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and 24 h urine protein levels of the two groups of puerperae decreased after treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group. The overall incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preeclampsia of pregnancy induced hypertension nifedipine controlled-release tablets can effectively improve maternal blood pressure and proteinuria level, enhance clinical treatment effect, and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
