米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗宫外孕的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的分析米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗宫外孕的效果。方法选取本院收治的63例宫外孕患者,以随机数字表法分为研究组(32例)、对照组(31例)。对照组予以米非司酮治疗,研究组予以米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗。两组均治疗2周。比较两组各项指标。结果研究组临床总有效率高于对照组;研究组下腹疼痛消失时间、阴道出血消失时间、月经复潮时间均短于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗1~2周后两组患者包块直径呈逐渐减小,其中研究组小于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后两组孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平均降低,其中研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对宫外孕的治疗中,选择米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤联合用药能够提升治疗效果,缓解患者临床症状,改善孕激素水平,促进病情好转。

Objective To study the effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 63 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into the study group(32 cases)and the control group(31 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with mifepristone,while the study group was treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The two groups of indicators were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group;the disappearance time of lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,and menstrual rehydration time of the study group were all shorter than those of the control group;compared with before treatment,the mass diameter of the two groups of patients gradually decreased after 1~2 weeks of treatment,and the study group was smaller than the control group;compared with before treatment,the levels of progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,the combination of mifepristone and methotrexate can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the progesterone level,and promote the improvement of the condition.
