近足月胎儿动脉导管提前收缩1例病例报道

Premature contraction of ductus arteriosus in near term fetus:a case report

胎儿动脉导管提前收缩或关闭鲜有出现,多发生于孕晚期。本文报告1例36+3周孕妇曾有糖皮质激素应用史,产前胎儿B超示“动脉导管提前收缩或关闭”。本文对紧急剖宫产后患儿生长及后续心脏B超评估变化进行分析,并探索研究疾病发生与糖皮质激素的关系。早期及时B超检查有助于改善动脉导管提前收缩的不良结局,同时孕晚期糖皮质激素的使用与动脉导管的闭合有相关性,建议妊娠满34周后的孕妇减少使用。

Premature contraction or closure of fetal ductus arteriosus rarely occurs,mostly in the third trimester of pregnancy.This paper reports a 36+3-week-old pregnant woman who had a history of glucocorticoid use.The prenatal fetal B-ultrasound showed"premature contraction or closure of the arterial catheter".In this paper,the growth of children after emergency cesarean section and the subsequent changes of cardiac B-ultrasound evaluation were analyzed,and the relationship between the occurrence of cases and glucocorticoids was explored.early and timely B-ultrasound examination is helpful to intervene the adverse outcome of premature contraction of ductus arteriosus.At the same time,the use of glucocorticoids in the third trimester of pregnancy is related to the closure of ductus arteriosus.It is suggested that pregnant women after 34 weeks of pregnancy should reduce the use of glucocorticoids.
