标准化糖尿病护理路径在妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇围产期中的应用效果及对血糖水平和分娩方式的影响

Application effects of standardized diabetes nursing pathway in perinatal period of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and its effect on blood glucose level and mode of delivery

目的探讨标准化糖尿病护理路径在妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇围产期中的应用效果及对血糖水平和分娩方式的影响。方法选取132例妊娠合并糖尿病患者,以随机数字法分为对照组(66例,常规护理)和观察组(66例,标准化糖尿病护理路径),对比两组患者护理后各项指标。结果与护理前比,护理后两组患者血清空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组;观察组不良妊娠结局、新生儿结局发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇在围产期以标准化糖尿病护理路径进行护理能够有效降低血糖水平,改善孕妇分娩结局及新生儿结局。

Objective To explore the application effects of standardized diabetes nursing pathway in the perinatal period of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus and its effect on blood glucose level and mode of delivery.Methods A total of 132 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into the control group(66 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(66 cases,standardized diabetes nursing path)by random number table method.The clinical indicators of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results Compared with before nursing,the levels of serum fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups of patients after nursing were lower,and the observation group was lower than the control group;the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in the perinatal period with a standardized diabetes care pathway can effectively reduce blood glucose levels,thereby improving maternal and neonatal outcomes.
