女性更年期综合征患者应用心理治疗与健康教育治疗的效果及有效率分析

Analysis of the effect and efficiency of psychotherapy and health education treatment in female menopausal syndrome patients

目的探讨心理治疗、健康教育治疗方案联合用于治疗女性更年期综合征的临床效果。方法选取112例女性更年期综合征患者,以随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各56例。对照组开展传统治疗,观察组开展心理治疗与健康教育治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、治疗满意度、生活质量。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率96.43%高于对照组的80.36%;观察组治疗满意度98.21%高于对照组的73.21%;观察组生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性更年期综合征患者接受健康教育治疗和心理治疗后,整体疗效随之升高,治疗满意度较高,生活质量可达到最大化提升。

Objective To explore the actual effect of the combination of psychotherapy and health education treatment program in the treatment of female menopausal syndrome.Methods The A total of 112 female menopausal syndrome patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,56 cases in each.The control group carried out traditional treatment,while the observation group carried out psychotherapy and health education treatment,and the treatment efficiency,treatment satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.43%higher than that of the control group 80.36%after treatment;the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 98.21%,higher than that of the control group 73.21%;the quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After receiving health education treatment and psychotherapy for women with menopausal syndrome,the overall curative effect is improved,the treatment satisfaction is higher,and the quality of life is maximized.
