新形势下中国与韩国创新合作的现状及对策研究——以青岛为例

A Case Study of the Innovation Cooperation between Qingdao and South Korea

韩国作为东北亚地区重要科技创新力量之一,近年来其创新发展呈现出较快的增长趋势,在半导体、信息通信、新能源、生物医药等领域涌现出一大批科技创新成果。当前,伴随区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RECP)的正式生效、中美博弈持续升温等因素的交织影响,中韩创新合作面临重要机遇和重大挑战。而青岛作为我国对韩创新合作的重要区域力量,其对韩合作区位优势和合作基础较为突出,但也存在一些合作困境。本文围绕国家创新政策及区域发展战略,从对接国家战略、促进民心相通、构建创新服务良性生态圈等角度出发,就当前形势下深化青岛对韩科技创新合作提出建议。

South Korea is an important player in science and technology innovation in Northeast Asia.Its development is rapidly growing,making major achievements in many fields,such as semiconductor,information communication,green energy,and biomedicine.The cooperation between China and South Korea faces many opportunities and challenges.This paper studies Qingdao and its economic and technological links with South Korea.This paper shows that Qingdao has its advantages and disadvantages in terms of its cooperation with South Korea,and suggests measures for strengthening and improving the cooperation.
