摘要
目的探讨两种缝合方法对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术患者术后恢复情况的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2021年3月本院收治的80例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术患者作为研究对象,用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组接受传统连续缝合法,观察组接受棒球缝合法,比较两组患者围术期、血清性激素及并发症的差异。结果观察组出血量、血红蛋白降低值均低于对照组,手术时间、住院时间、首次下床时间、肛门排气时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术前血清LH、E_(2)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后7 d,观察组LH高于对照组、E_(2)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率2.50%低于对照组22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术中采用棒球缝合法,可显著促进术后恢复,降低并发症。
Objective To investigate the effects of two suture methods on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma excision.Methods select July 2019 to March 2021 treated 80 cases of laparoscopic huge uterine flesh tumour removal surgery patients as the research object,by using the random number method the control group and observation group,the 40 cases,control group accepted traditional continuous suture,observation group received baseball stitching.To compare the differences in perioperative period,serum sex hormones and complications between the two groups.Results The blood lossand hemoglobin reduction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The duration of operation,length of hospital stay,first time to ground,anal exhaust timewere shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of serum LH and E2 before operation between 2 groups(P>0.05);On the 7th day after operation,LH in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,E2 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%lower than the total incidence of complications in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baseball suture can significantly promote postoperative recovery and reduce complications in laparoscopic intrauterine excision.
