Analysis on the influence of total hysterectomy on patients

子宫切除术是目前最常见的妇科手术之一,在美国手术量为60万例/年,我国约281.7万例/年。患者手术治疗后对其性功能是否会造成影响是临床医疗工作者以及患者高度关注的焦点。现阶段,随着临床医疗水平以及微创技术的不断发展,在临床治疗妇科疾病中广泛应用阴式全子宫切除手术治疗技术(transvaginal hysterectomy,TVH)及经腹腔镜全子宫切除手术治疗技术(laparoscopic total hysterectomy,LTH)。本研究运用文献分析法,聚焦于国内外相关文献,梳理子宫全切除术后对患者的影响,探讨不同术式对患者机体损伤程度、并发症及盆底功能障碍发生率,对提高术后生活质量具有重要意义。

Hysterectomy is one of the most common gynecological operations at present. The operation volume is 600000cases/year in the United States and about 2817000 cases/year in China. Whether patients’ sexual function will be affected after surgical treatment is the focus of clinical medical workers and patients. At this stage, with the continuous development of clinical medical level and minimally invasive technology, vaginal hysterectomy(TVH) and laparoscopic total hysterectomy(LTH) are widely used in the clinical treatment of gynecological diseases. This study uses literature analysis method, focuses on relevant domestic and foreign literature, sorts out the impact of total hysterectomy on patients, and discusses the degree of injury, complications and incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction caused by different surgical procedures in patients, and its impact on improving postoperative life.
