红核妇洁洗液和硝呋太尔制霉素治疗阴道炎的效果

Effect of Honghe Fujie Lotion and Nifuratel Nystatin on Vaginitis

目的探析红核妇洁洗液和硝呋太尔制霉素用于阴道炎患者治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院收治的阴道炎患者128例,按照抽签分组法,分成对照组(硝呋太尔制霉素)、研究组(红核妇洁洗液和硝呋太尔制霉素),各64例。对比、分析两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.88%明显高于甲组87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组白带异常、外阴瘙痒、外阴灼烧感、疼痛消失等症状消失时间短于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组心理机能、心理状态、躯体功能、活力、主观健康状态等生活质量评分高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组复发率为10.94%,乙组为1.56%。乙组复发率低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阴道炎患者治疗中,予红核妇洁洗液和硝呋太尔制霉素治疗,效果显著,能改善患者病症,提高生活质量,且复发率低,推荐使用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Honghe Fujie lotion and nifuratel nystatin in patients with vaginitis.Methods A total of 128 patients with vaginitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group(nifuratell nystatin),study group(Honghe Fujie lotion and nitrate)according to the method of drawing lots.Furtel nystatin),64 cases each.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,87.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms such as abnormal leucorrhea,genital itching,genital burning,pain disappearance in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of psychological function,psychological state,physical function,vitality,and subjective health status in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 10.94%in the control group and 1.56%in the study group.The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of vaginitis patients,Honghe Fujie lotion and nifuratel nystatin have significant effect,can improve the patient's symptoms,improve the quality of life,and the recurrence rate is low,it is recommended.
