两种复合麻醉对妇科腹腔镜手术患者血流动力学及脑氧饱和度的影响

Effect of two compound anesthesia on hemodynamics and cerebral oxygen saturation in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探究七氟醚复合麻醉与异丙酚复合麻醉对妇科腹腔镜手术患者血流动力学以及脑氧饱和度的影响。方法选取本院2020年5月至2021年5月接受妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的56例患者,按照入院时间均分成参照组与研究组,每组28例。参照组实施异丙酚复合麻醉,研究组实施七氟醚复合麻醉,比较两组患者不同时间点的血流动力学指标和脑氧饱和度。结果研究组不同时间点的平均动脉压高于参照组,呼吸末二氧化碳分压低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不同时间点脑氧饱和度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在女性接受腹腔镜手术过程中行七氟醚复合麻醉和异丙酚复合麻醉均能产生稳定血流动力学和提高脑氧饱和度的效果,但两者相比,七氟醚复合麻醉效果更为显著。

Objective To explore the effects of two composite anesthesia(sevoflurane and propofol)on hemodynamics and cerebral oxygen saturation in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods The 56 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time.Propofol compound anesthesia with reference group and sevoflurane compound anesthesia to compare the hemodynamic indexes and cerebral oxygen saturation of the two groups at different time points.Results The mean arterial pressure at different time points in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion During gynecological laparoscopic surgery,sevoflurane compound anesthesia affects patient hemodynamics and cerebral oxygen saturation better than propofol compound anesthesia,which helps to stabilize hemodynamics and improve cerebral oxygen saturation.
