阴道分泌物涂片快速染色检查结果分析

Analysis of the examination results by rapid staining of the vaginal discharge smear

目的 应用涂片快速染色法检测妇科患者的分泌物,分析其检测结果。方法 纳入2019年12月至2021年6月本院收治的100例妇科患者为涂片快速检测组,选择同期在本院进行常规妇科检测的健康人员100例作为常规检查组,对涂片快速检测组和常规检查组患者应用涂片快速染色法检测其阴道分泌物,对检测结果进行分析和统计。结果 相比较涂片快速检测组,常规检查组健康人群的阴道清洁度指数更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);涂片快速检测组患者的病原菌共61例,阳性检测率为61.00%,主要为霉菌和球杆菌,常规检查组共检测出5例病原菌,阳性检测率为5.00%。结论 应用涂片快速染色检查阴道分泌物更加方便、高效,能有效的提升临床诊断准确率,为疾病的治疗提供参考意见,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To analyze the secretions of gynecological patients.Methods Included in December 2019 to June 2021 our hospital admitted 100 gynecological patients for smear rapid detection group, choose the same period in our hospital for routine testing of health personnel 100 cases as routine examination group, the smear rapid detection group and routine examination group patients smear rapid staining method to detect the vaginal secretions, test results analysis and statistics.Results Compared with the smear rapid test group, the healthy group had higher vaginal cleanliness(P < 0.05), and the positive detection rate was 61.00%, mainly mold and cocci.Five cases of pathogenic bacteria were detected in the routine examination group, and the positive detection rate was 5.00%.Conclusion It is more convenient and efficient to examine vaginal secretions, which can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis, and provide reference opinions for the treatment of diseases, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
