摘要
目的 分析围手术期针对性护理对子宫肌瘤患者的效果。方法 以双盲法选取87例子宫肌瘤患者(2018年3月至2021年5月)分为两组,对照组采用常规护理(41例)、观察组采用针对性护理(46例),对比两组效果。结果 观察组护理后各项临床指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 围手术期子宫肌瘤患者接受针对性护理预后效果更佳,患者对护理效果更满意。
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative targeted nursing on patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 87 patients with uterine fibroids(From March 2018 to May 2021) were selected by double-blind method and divided into two groups: control group--routine nursing(41 cases), observation group--targeted nursing(46 cases), and compared the effects of the two groups.Results The clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative hysteromyoma patients receiving targeted nursing has better prognosis and patients are more satisfied with the nursing effect.
