临床护理干预对子宫癌术后并发抑郁患者的负性情绪及生活质量影响观察

Observation on the effect of clinical nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with depression after uterine cancer surgery

目的探析在子宫癌术后并发抑郁患者中应用临床护理干预对其负性情绪以及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年2月本院收治的160例子宫癌术后并发抑郁症患者为研究对象,并将其用电脑表格分组法分成对照组(80例,给予患者常规护理法)和研究组(80例,给予患者临床护理干预法)。比较两组干预前后负性情绪变化情况、生活质量指标、并发症发生率。结果经统计数据分析,干预前研究组与对照组负性情绪与生活质量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组患者负性情绪明显减轻,生活质量有所提高,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率与对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床护理干预措施灵活应用于子宫癌术后并发抑郁症患者中,可以有效缓解或消除其内心负性情绪,降低各种并发症发生概率,进一步提高其生活质量及临床疗效,促进其患处早日康复,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the specific impact of clinical nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in patients with postoperative depression of uterine cancer.Methods 160 patients with depression after uterine cancer surgery in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were collected for experimental analysis,and they were divided into control group(80 cases,given routine nursing)and study group(80 cases,given clinical nursing intervention)by computer table grouping method.The changes of negative emotions,indicators of quality of life and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After statistical data analysis,there was no significant difference in negative emotion and quality of life between the study group and the control group before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the negative emotion of patients in the study group was significantly reduced and the quality of life was improved,which was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups is worth statistical analysis.Conclusion The flexible application of clinical nursing intervention measures in patients with depression after uterine cancer surgery can effectively alleviate or eliminate their negative emotions,reduce the probability of various complications,further improve their quality of life and clinical curative effect,and promote their early recovery.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
