术中液体保温护理在宫腔镜手术患者的效果及满意度

Effect and satisfaction of intraoperative fluid warm nursing in patients with hysteroscopic surgery

目的探讨在宫腔镜手术患者的护理中加强术中液体保温护理的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年4月在本院接受宫腔镜手术治疗患者56例,随机均分为两组,对照组施以常规护理,研究组加强术中液体保温护理,比较两组相关指标情况。结果研究组输液量、术中出血量均较对照组少,手术时间、术后苏醒时间、拔管时间5 min均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术中10 min(36.68±0.62)℃、手术完成时(36.69±0.72)℃,较对照组平稳且更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但研究组术后心率、收缩压mmHg、舒张压,较对照组低且波动较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度96.43%、低体温发生率0%,优于对照组的78.57%、14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫腔镜手术患者的护理中加强术中液体保温护理可保持体温的平稳,减少手术应激反应,缩短手术时间,建议推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of strengthening intraoperative fluid heat preservation nursing in the nursing of patients with hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 56 patients who received hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received routine nursing care,and the research group strengthened intraoperative fluid warm nursing care to compare the relevant indicators.Results The infusion volume and intraoperative bleeding volume in the study group were less than those in the control group,and the operation time,postoperative recovery time and extubation time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);In the study group,the temperature was(36.68±0.62)℃at 10 minutes during operation and(36.69±0.72)℃at the completion of operation,which was stable and higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);However,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure(mmHg)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the study group were lower and less fluctuating than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.43%,and the incidence of hypothermia was 0%,which was better than 78.57%and 14.29%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the intraoperative fluid insulation nursing in the nursing of patients with hysteroscopic surgery can keep the body temperature stable,reduce the stress response of the operation,and shorten the operation time.It is recommended to popularize and apply it.
