曲普瑞林联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效观察

Efficacy of tripraline combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine system in the treatment of adenomyosis

目的探究曲普瑞林联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌病的临床效果。方法选取50例子宫腺肌病患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组25例。对照组患者采取左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合曲普瑞林治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组月经量及痛经评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组月经量(56.49±3.29)ml明显少于对照组(67.34±2.64)ml,痛经评分(1.28±0.53)分明显低于对照组(2.37±0.54)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫体积及子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组子宫体积明显小于对照组,子宫内膜厚度明显薄于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)及糖类抗原125(CA125)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组LH、FSH及CA125水平均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲普瑞林联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫腺肌病效果确切,可明显缓解患者痛经症状,减少月经量,降低子宫内膜厚度,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tripriline combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods 50 patients with adenomyosis were randomly divided into study group and control group,25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine system,while patients in the study group were treated with triprelin on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstrual volume and dysmenorrhea score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume of the study group(56.49±3.29)ml was significantly lower than that of the control group(67.34±2.64)ml,and the dysmenorrhea score(1.28±0.53)was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.37±0.54),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in uterine volume and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume and endometrial thickness of the study group were significantly smaller than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH and CA125 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tripriline combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine birth control system is effective in the treatment of adenomyosis,which can significantly relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,reduce menstrual volume,and reduce e ndometrial thickness,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
