二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome

目的研究二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症的临床效果。方法选取90例多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组45例。对照组采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,研究组采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量各项评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月,研究组排卵率及受卵率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致不孕症患者效果显著,可提高排卵率和受卵率,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 90 patients with infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone,and the study group was treated with metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than 86.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the ovulation rate and ovulation receiving rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with eparylestradiol cyproterone is effective in the treatment of infertility patients caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,which can improve the ovulation rate and ovulation reception rate,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
