宫炎平联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Gongyanping combined with Baofukang suppository on cervicitis

目的探讨宫炎平联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈炎的临床效果。方法选取30例宫颈炎患者,采用双盲法分为对照组与研究组,每组15例。对照组采用宫炎平治疗,研究组采用宫炎平联合保妇康栓治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、治疗前后炎症水平及阴道分泌物清洁度。结果对照组治疗总有效率为60.00%,研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组白带异常、盆腔下坠、下腹疼痛及阴道异常出血时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)及阴道分泌物清洁度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、WBC及阴道分泌物清洁度均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫炎平联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈炎疗效显著,能够有效控制炎症反应,改善患者病症,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gongyanping combined with Baofukang suppository on cervicitis.Methods 30 patients with cervicitis were selected and divided into control group and study group by double-blind method,15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Gongyanping,and the study group was treated with Gongyanping combined with Baofukang suppositories.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,inflammation level before and after treatment and cleanliness of vaginal secretions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 60.00%in the control group and 93.33%in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of abnormal leucorrhea,pelvic drop,lower abdominal pain and abnormal vaginal bleeding in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and vaginal discharge cleanliness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CRP,WBC and vaginal discharge cleanliness of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gongyanping combined with Baofukang supposit in the treatment of cervicitis has a significant effect,which can effectively control the inflammatory reaction and improve the symptoms of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
