地屈孕酮片与黄体酮软胶囊治疗先兆流产的临床效果

Clinical effect of dydrogesterone tablets and progesterone soft capsules in the treatment of threatened abortion

目的观察先兆流产采用地屈孕酮片与黄体酮软胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法选取40例先兆流产患者,根据正态分布原则分为对照组与研究组,每组20例。对照组患者采用黄体酮软胶囊治疗,研究组患者采用地屈孕酮片治疗。比较两组治疗疗效、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者腹痛缓解时间、腰酸缓解时间及止血时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论先兆流产患者应用地屈孕酮片治疗效果确切,可明显缩短临床症状消失时间,不良反应小,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of dydrogesterone tablets and progesterone soft capsules in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 40 patients with threatened abortion were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the principle of normal distribution,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with progesterone soft capsules,while patients in the study group were treated with dydrogesterone tablets.The therapeutic effect,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 65.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal pain relief time,lumbar acid relief time and hemostasis time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion has definite effect,which can significantly shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and has little adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
