人性化护理在宫颈癌放疗患者中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of humanized nursing in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy

目的分析人性化护理在宫颈癌放疗患者中的应用价值。方法选取48例宫颈癌放疗患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组24例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以人性化护理。比较两组应用效果。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及恐惧自测量表(SUDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS及SUDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各维度生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率8.33%明显低于对照组33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用在宫颈癌放疗患者中可改善其焦虑、抑郁及恐惧情绪,明显提升放疗期间生活质量,具有应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of humanized nursing in patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy.Methods 48 patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating Depression scale(SDS)and Self-rating Fear Scale(SUDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS and SUDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(8.33%)was significantly lower than that in control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy can improve their anxiety,depression and fear,and significantly improve the quality of life during radiotherapy,which has application value.
