基于奇经辨治理论对宫颈低级别瘤变伴有HPV感染患者的临床研究

Clinical research on patients with low-grade cervical neoplasia accompanied by HPV infection based on the theory of differentiation and treatment of odd classics

目的 探讨叶天士奇经辨治法对脾虚湿热型宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)患者白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)水平及中医疗效的影响。方法 选取60例中医辨证为脾虚湿热型宫颈CIN患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组非月经期间使用保妇康栓阴道给药常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上使用叶天士奇经辨治法治疗。比较两组患者治疗后血清IL-10、IL-12水平、中医证候疗效、人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)转阴率。结果与治疗前比,治疗后两组血清IL-12水平升高,试验组高于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组血清IL-10水平降低,试验组低于对照组;治疗后,试验组中医证候总有效率、HPV转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 叶天士独特的奇经辨治法的临床应用疗效显著,宫颈病变进展有效被延缓。

Objective To investigate the effect of Ye Tianshi’s unique Qijing differentiation and treatment method on the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10) and interleukin-12(IL-12) in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) due to spleen deficiency and damp-heat and the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical CIN of spleen deficiency and damp-heat type were selected and divided into the experimental group(30 cases) and the control group(30cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine treatment of Baofukang suppository during non-menstrual period, while the experimental group was given Ye Tianshi’s unique Qijing differentiation and treatment method on the basis of the control group. The detection levels of serum IL-10 and IL-12, the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes, and the negative rate of human papillomavirus(HPV) were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, serum IL-12 levels in the two groups increased after treatment, and the experimental group was higher than the control group;compared with before treatment, the serum IL-10 levels in the two groups decreased after treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group;after treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndromes and the negative rate of HPV in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of Ye Tianshi’s unique Qijing differentiation and treatment method of Wumen medical school has a significant effect, and the progress of cervical lesions can be effectively delayed.
