摘要
目的 探讨小分子肽用于宫颈尖锐湿疣(CA)治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取90例宫颈CA患者,以随机数字表法分成参照组(45例)和治疗组(45例),参照组予以重组人干扰素α-2a治疗,治疗组予以抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)β-乳球蛋白小分子肽治疗,对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、疣体总复发率及炎性因子水平变化。结果 治疗后3个月,治疗组临床总有效率高于参照组;与治疗前比,治疗后两组血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)以及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平降低,且治疗组低于参照组;治疗组治疗期间不良反应发生率、治疗后3个月疣体总复发率低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将小分子肽运用在宫颈CA治疗中,可提升临床疗效,减轻阴道的炎性反应,降低复发率,且安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of small molecule peptides in the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods A total of 90 patients with cervical CA were selected and divided into the reference group(45 cases)and the treatment group(45 cases) by random number table method. The reference group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2a, and the treatment group was treated with Anti-human papillomavirus(HPV) β-lactoglobulin small molecule peptide. The clinical efficacy, the incidence of adverse reactions, the total recurrence rate of warts and the changes of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results 3 months after treatment, the total clinical effective rate of patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the reference group;compared with before treatment, the serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), interleukin-8(IL-8) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the two groups decreased after treatment, and the levels in the treatment group were lower than the reference group;the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and the total recurrence rate of warts 3 months after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion The application of small molecule peptides in the treatment of cervical CA can improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the inflammatory reaction of the vagina, reduce the recurrence rate, and has high safety.
