Objective To explore the effect of high-dose and low-dose dexmedetomidine hydrochloride anesthesia in patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 62 patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery were selected and divided into the study group(31 cases, low-dose dexmedetomidine hydrochloride) and the control group(31 cases, high-dose dexmedetomidine hydrochloride) by the ballot method. The hemodynamic index levels and cognitive function scores were compared between the two groups at different time points. Results Compared with T, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure in the two groups from T_(1)~T_(3)in the trend of decreasing-increasing-decreasing, and the time of Tin the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the central venous pressure was in the trend of increasing-decreasing. The time from T_(1)~T_(3)in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The cognitive function scores of the two groups at 1 h~2 d after the operation all gradually increased, and the study group was higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Low-dose dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in patients with cervical cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery can reduce the impact on cognitive function and hemodynamics, which is conducive to the recovery of patients after surgery.
