无痛分娩联合导乐镇痛用于正常分娩的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of painless delivery combined with Doula analgesia in normal delivery

目的 分析无痛分娩联合导乐镇痛用于正常分娩的临床疗效。方法 选取本院收治的100例待产产妇为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)、研究组(50例),对照组采用常规镇痛,研究组采用无痛分娩联合导乐镇痛。比较两组产妇第一产程与第二产程时间、疼痛评分、剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率。结果 研究组产妇的第一产程时间、第二产程时间均短于对照组,疼痛评分、剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无痛分娩联合导乐镇痛可以加快产妇产程,降低新生儿窒息率,缓解产妇疼痛,是较为理想的无痛分娩方案。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of painless delivery combined with Doula analgesia in normal delivery.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women admitted to our hospital were as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group(50 cases) and the research group(50 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group received conventional analgesia, the research group used painless delivery combined with Doula analgesia. The time of the first stage of labor,the time of the second stage of labor, pain score, cesarean section rate, and neonatal asphyxia rate were compared between the two groups. Results The time of the first stage of labor and the second stage of labor in the research group were shorter than those in the control group, and the pain score, cesarean section rate, and neonatal asphyxia rate were all lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Painless delivery combined with Doula analgesia can speed up the labor process, reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia, and relieve maternal pain, it is an ideal painless delivery program.
