加味桂仙汤联合芬吗通治疗肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰的临床研究

Clinical study of Jiawei Guixian decoction combined with Fenmotong in the treatment of premature ovarian failure due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation

目的 探讨加味桂仙汤联合芬吗通在肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰患者中的应用效果,及对其性激素的影响。方法研究对象对肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰患者(70例),将其分为对照组(35例,芬吗通治疗),观察组(35例,在对照组基础上联用加味桂仙汤治疗)。比较治疗前后的中医症候积分、性激素水平[血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)],治疗后的总有效率及治疗期间的不良反应。结果 与对照组相比,治疗后观察组的临床总有效率更高;与治疗前相比,治疗后观察组与对照组的中医证候积分、血清LH、FSH水平均呈现降低趋势,且观察组更低,血清E2水平均呈现升高趋势,且观察组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在肾虚肝郁型卵巢早衰患者中应用加味桂仙汤联合芬吗通可以调节其性激素水平,改善其卵巢功能,治疗效果较好,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jiawei Guixian decoction combined with Fenmotong in the treatment of premature ovarian failure due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation. Methods The research subjects were divided into the control group(35 cases, treated with Fenmotong) and the observation group(35 cases, combined with Jiawei guiXian decoction on the basis of the control group) for patients with premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation type(70 cases),the grouping method is the random number table method. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Comparison of TCM symptom scores and sex hormone levels before and after treatment [serum estradiol(E2), luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)]. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher. Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, serum LH and FSH levels of the observation group and the control group showed a decreasing trend, and the observation group was lower, and the serum E2 level showed an increasing trend, and the observation group was higher, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Jiawei Guixian decoction combined with Fenmotong can improve the level of sex hormones and ovarian function in patients with premature ovarian failure due to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation, and their therapeutic effect is good and the safety is high.
