摘要
目的 研究不孕伴子宫内膜息肉患者的宫腔镜治疗方法及临床疗效。方法 选取不孕拌子宫内膜息肉患者为本次研究对象,依据随机数字表法将样本(60例患者)进行分组,其中30例为对照组、30例为观察组。对照组给予传统手术治疗,研究组给予宫腔镜治疗方法。两组均术后随访12个月。比较两组术后3个月临床疗效,妊娠率情况,术前、术后3、6、12个月的月经量。结果 术后3个月,研究组的临床总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%;研究组的妊娠率为60.00%,高于对照组的33.33%;较术前比,两组术后3、6、12个月的月经量呈逐渐降低的趋势,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用宫腔镜下手术治疗不孕伴子宫内膜息肉可以有效提高临床疗效,改善患者的月经量,提高妊娠率,应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the hysteroscopic treatment methods and clinical efficacy of infertility patients with endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 60 patients with infertility and endometrial polyps were selected and divided into the control group and the study group, 30 cases in each group, according to the random number table method. The control group was given traditional surgery, and the study group was given hysteroscopy. Both groups were followed up for 12 months after surgery.The clinical efficacy, pregnancy rate at 3 months after operation, and menstrual flow before surgery and 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results 3 months after operation, the total clinical effective rate of the study group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group;the pregnancy rate of the study group was 60.00% which was higher than 33.33% of the control group;compared with the preoperative comparison, the menstrual flow in the two groups at 3, 6,and 12 months after the operation showed a decreasing trend., and the study group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of infertility with endometrial polyps can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, improve the menstrual flow, and increase the pregnancy rate, the application effect is remarkable.
